About the website
The site presents our sportswear, streetwear and accessories product lines. It is a catalog for business buyers, not an online store: there is no checkout and no stock pricing. Everything is made to order after a written quote is agreed.
Quotes and orders
- A quote request or inquiry list is an invitation to discuss an order, not an offer or a contract.
- A contract is formed only when we confirm a written quote or order and you accept it, including price, quantities, specifications, payment terms and delivery terms.
- Standard minimums are 12 pieces for sportswear and 30 pieces for streetwear and accessories, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- A pre-production sample is approved by you before each bulk run. Bulk production follows the approved sample.
Prices, payment and lead times
Prices depend on product, fabric, decoration, quantity and delivery terms and are stated in each quote, including the currency and how long the quote is valid. Payment terms, such as a deposit and balance, are set out in the quote or order confirmation.
Lead times on the site and in quotes, including “under 7 days after sample approval”, are good-faith estimates that start once the sample and artwork are approved. Timing can vary with quantity, decoration and material availability, and we will confirm a production timeline in your quote.
Your artwork and content
When you send logos, designs or other materials, you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and that using them to make your products does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to use it to produce your order, and you are responsible for claims arising from the content you supply.
We will not use your artwork or unreleased designs to make products for others.
Product information
We work to keep descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Colors on screen can differ from finished goods, and product images illustrate a typical build. Final fabric, color and fit are confirmed on the approved sample.
Shipping and risk
Orders ship worldwide by air or sea. Shipping method, delivery terms (for example Incoterms), duties, taxes and import clearance are agreed in the quote. Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination country.
Quality and claims
Goods are inspected before they ship. If you believe goods do not match the approved sample or order specification, tell us in writing with photos within the period stated in your order agreement so we can investigate and, where the claim is valid, agree a remedy such as re-making or crediting the affected pieces.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at a rate that harms performance, or submit false, abusive or unlawful content through our forms.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, product descriptions, images, logo and design belong to Crumbs International or its licensors. You may view and share pages for ordinary business purposes, but you may not copy or republish our content to sell competing services without our written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business arising from use of the site. For orders, our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods, except where the law does not allow us to limit it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Sialkot have jurisdiction, unless a signed order agreement states otherwise or mandatory consumer law in your country says differently.
