What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is similar browser storage used by a site’s own scripts. Both can remember your choices or help measure how a site is used.
What we use
- Essential, in your browser: your bulk inquiry list is saved in local storage under the key “crumbs-inquiry-v1” so it is still there when you return. It stays on your device and is not used for tracking.
- Analytics, CodexaLens: our in-house analytics and lead-management tool records page visits and receives quote and inquiry submissions. It may use cookies or local storage to recognize a returning browser and measure sessions.
- Analytics and measurement, Google Tag Manager: Tag Manager itself does not set cookies, but tags we configure inside it, such as analytics or advertising measurement tags, may set their own cookies. We use these to understand which pages and products visitors view and how they find us.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a do-not-track or private mode. Blocking essential storage means your inquiry list will not persist between visits. You can also opt out of Google Analytics through Google’s browser add-on. Where the law requires consent for analytics cookies, we will ask for it before they are set.
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to services that set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control them.
