Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the website and handle your enquiries:
- Quote and inquiry details you submit: name, company, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, product category and subcategory, estimated quantity, customization needs and project details.
- Your inquiry list: the products you add to your bulk inquiry list are stored in your own browser (local storage) until you send or clear the list.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, including any files, logos or artwork you share.
- Technical and usage data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser and device type, IP address and the date and time of visits.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a sampling plan, pricing, timeline and quote.
- To develop samples, manufacture and ship orders, including preparing export documentation.
- To manage our relationship with you, including follow-up about your enquiry.

Who we share data with
We share personal data only where needed and only with:
- Service providers that host and operate the website and our tools, including Vercel for hosting and Google for Tag Manager.

- Freight forwarders, couriers and customs agents, when we ship an order to you.

We operate from Pakistan and serve customers worldwide, so your data may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our providers operate, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure providers protect it appropriately.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to respond, to deliver and support orders, and to meet accounting and legal requirements. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data sooner at any time.
